Although Chuck Jones enjoyed paying homage to some of his favorite artists, in this instance Vincent Van Gogh, he said it was one of the hardest challenges he had faced creatively; forcing himself to paint in the manner of another artist. “Vincent Van Coyote”, oil on canvas, 14” x 8”, circa 1989.
